Fwew! That took some effort. Can I just say that I'm no good at HTML? However, I have won! (um...skarlog, you only changed the background...) (yes, but it was hard!)
Hm...one of these days I'll tackle my archive and fix that...
Alright, I have the script of chapter two done, and two months of update sketches done. What I'm doing now is inking the pages, then I'll letter them, but I'm debating on toning them... In any case, chapter two will start up again in two weeks! Yay!
Plus my co-writer is finally back from Japan and he NEEDS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME BAKA.
(Masuto, that was a hint)
So remember how I was complaining that my wrist hurt?
Turns out I have tennis elbow. My doctor wants me to tae it easy so for the next month I won't be able to draw. I will continue uploading the Guest comic, but when it runs out it runs out and there will be a great pause in the comic. Sorry.
I tried to do a new look for the comic and I suck at html so I decided that the old look was good enough, because I know how to edit it. On the plus side, I will probably change the background, and we have a new Character page, and a Gallery. Currently all the characters that have spoken are on the Character page.
The Gallery only has my pictures in it right now, but when I recieve fanart, if ever, I would like to put it up there as well. If you would not like your art work to be displayed, please mention it in your email. PM me for my email address.
Thanks, and don't die!
Apparently Monday in Skarlogese means Thursday. If you want to read it page 27 is now up.
Working on it
I lost the pages that were supposed to go up next. I'm trying to find them. We'll be back on track shortly. Thank you.
I O U
I O U...nine pages. They should be up sometime this week. We're wrapping up the first chapter now *squee* and life's hectic but as readers of a comic you don't really care. So just know that the pages will be coming, they might be a little incomplete though.
We are still looking for an inker! Send us samples of your work! Or go here ->http://skarlog.livejournal.com
We're back! You may have noticed that there have been a few changes around the site done by yours truely. Aren't they spiffy?
Now, down to business. We are looking for an inker to do our comic, for more details go to my livejournal at http://skarlog.livejournal.com it's all there.
Yesterday I had a chat with Masuto and we decided a couple of things, good and bad. The bad is that we're both burnt from finals, and life in general, plus I'm working on my RSoM entry and my time is limited. We decided to put Demonic Devon on hold until...um...I finish my entry. So the latest should be the 11th of January. I will put up the two pages I already have done sometime soonish.
Onto the good. The good thing is that we decided to up the update schedule starting the week of January 11th. So on the 11th instead of the 2-1-2-1 schedule we'll be doing just a flat two pages a week. There are several reasons of this, one being that it's possible that this comic needs to be finished in three years because in three years both Masuto and I will probably be gone for a whole year(That would be 72 pages if you were wondering), then Masuto would come back, but it would be another six months before I would too. We can't update the comic where we're going so...(we're not even going to go together.)
Ehm...anyways...That's the news! Did I forget anything Masuto...?
Meh. I'm too tired to think of something witty for this...
Hallo again, Masuto here just touching base to state that we are not dead yet, just slightly delayed.
Things should fall back into a stable rhythm within an acceptable length of time from this post, where acceptable can be assumed to be a length of time between n and n+1, where n is the length of time you believe would be acceptable at point a and n+1 is the length of time just slightly longer then what you believed to be acceptable at point a, but now due to this explanation can now be taken as acceptable at point b, as the addition of this 1 period of time can be assumed to be acceptable as a increase of time, and as n+1 is now seen as your new acceptable length of time, it can then be substituted for n thus allowing us to extend the length of acceptable time from n to n+2, in which condition can then be further extended to the interval n to n+x, which, assuming x is finite, must be an acceptable extension of the originally acceptable period of time. Unless of course you don't find n or n+1 to be acceptable in the first place, in which case you'll just have to wait.
Huh. Actually, looking back at this post I suddenly see why I shouldn't comment at around 2 in the morning. I'm rather sure the logic in this is horribly flawed, but I'm far to tired to actually try to figure out what I've been typing, so I'll just post it and surprise myself in the morning. Thank you for reading and have a good day.
